Project Manager
From project inception to project completion the Project Manager focuses on delivery a high quality project on budget and on time. A Project Manager has a stron g understanding in all areas of the construction process including estimating, subcontractor negotiating, scheduling, design/construction technology, and plan reading.


Estimator
The Estimator will develop relationships with customers, identify available jobs, prepare quantity take-offs, estimate material and labor costs and prepare and submit bid documents. For awarded contracts the Estimator will prepare requisitions, submittals, job control systems, billings and financial analyses to assure success and profitability.


Office Engineer
Office Engineers need a good knowledge of the construction process, understanding of construction documents, good verbal, written and computer skills and be able to handle projects from start up to close out. The Office Engineer will work with field office Management staff, specifically document control, inspectors, admin assistant, and scheduler, while reporting to the assistant PM, and thru him to the lead PM.


Field Engineer
The position of Field Engineer requires effective leadership and communication skills in resolving construction issues with contractor, design team and owner. Responsibilities will also include administration of contract correspondence, submittals, RFI's and change order documentation. The Field Engineer will also provide recommendations for solutions to design problems during construction.


Superintendent
A Superintendent will oversee the entire scope construction projects, assist the Estimator and Project Manager with planning and implementation, and manage the labor force to ensure optimum performance. Safety is a vital role of the Superintendent. The Superintendent will interface with and manage sub-contractors, analyze and implement blue prints/specs, and managing staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.


Foreman
The foreman position requires strong leadership qualities, experience in construction and the ability to manage 20+ employees on a job site. Quality conscious and hard working values are a must.
